Chris stopped in the middle of his project, pulled the truck in and tried to get the window straight. … More Quickly figured out it wasn't going to work by just pulling and pushing on it. Took the whole door apart, set the windows on track, and within like 30 minutes it was fully functional. Sooo thankful he was able to do it, and so fast -
Jeff is straight up, honest, and efficient. He is also beyond reasonable when it comes to pricing! Lebec Automotive is my absolute #1 mechanic on the mountain. Always reliable!

His prices are reasonable and he won’t just do work to pad the bill. Contracted Lebec auto to perform an oil change as well as a presale vehicle inspection on a Ford F350 Power Stroke. Lebec Auto simply missed all 6 tires that were dry rotted and tread bars showing through tires that were overdue to be … More changed by at least 10,000 miles! and probably didn't notice the windshield wipers that had rotted & fell away from the wiper arms. maybe didn't noticed that the door key would not open the drivers side door. nor did they notice the idler pulley tensioner making more noise than the 7.3 Power stroke! Lebec auto failed to notice the no start condition during cooler temps. On top of all these misses, they failed to document the mileage at the time of the oil change on the work order, nor the vin number on the truck. However Lebec did charge a very high fee for the oil change, fuel filter change and the presale inspection at $379.XX dollars on a barley legible hand written invoice that wasn't electronically captured and wont show up in the vehicle's maintenance history. Absolutely the worse performance from an auto repair shop charging premium fees!

Jeff will give you honest advice on what's wrong and charges a fair hourly rate. We usually get our vehicle back the same day unless parts or the repair is more complicated but always reasonably fast.

I didn't know much about the vehicle, so … More Chris made sure to give a thorough inspection and diagnostic on the car. He proceeded to show me and explain exactly what the issue was in super clear terms so that I could assess what was necessary to fix to finish the drive. He fixed our problem within a few hours and we were back on the road in no time! I was so thankful to have stumbled across this place and would definitely bring my business back if I was in the area again.
